2011-2012 Focus on Industrial AI Robot R&D
Focused on the development of industrial robot bodies and motion control. Launched robotic prototypes and control software, achieving small-batch trial production.
2013-2014 Patented Parallel Mechanism (PM) Controller
It effectively controls 4 hybrid drive controllers to coordinate the extension and retraction of 4 cables, achieving high-precision 3D translational motion of the cable parallel robot.
2015-2017 Sorting and Packing AI Production Line
The design patents include parallel robots, machine vision, and operate fixtures, which greatly enhance efficiency and accuracy. The machines replace manual labor, enabling long-term repetitive tasks. Developed a prototype of a palletizing robot based on a 6-axis collaborative robot.
2018-2019 Launched PM for glass bottle sorting
Developed and patented a cold-end glass bottle sorting claw design for glass bottle sorting. Developed prototypes of a 6-axis collaborative robot-based unpacking robot and carton loading robot.
2022-2023 Develop MRG for AI Palletizing Robot
Developed and patented AI Palletizing Robot with Movable Retractable Guardrails (MRG),
Passed TUV EU safety testing.
2024 Robot Family: Opening & Sealing, Packing, Palletizing, and Customize AI production line Solutions
Now Palletizing robots, integrated opening, sealing, and packing machines, and case packers are now selling to over 20 countries and regions, including Australia, South Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia etc.
